As an accredited CBT therapist, Therapy with Pam provides an environment where you can feel truly supported and held. We work together to create a safe space where you will learn to overcome your challenges. Through a personalised programme and new techniques, you will gain valuable tools that will enable you to work towards reaching your goals.

My Specialisms

Supporting clients aged 18 and over, I predominantly offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also draw from different modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) - as well as integrating aspects of Life Coaching. My areas of specialism focus on anxiety and depressive disorders including trauma (PTSD), depression, generalised anxiety and self-esteem issues.

Other specialisms I cover include, but are not limited to, addressing childhood trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), phobias and panic-related phobias (e.g. Agoraphobia), low mood, helping to increase confidence, perfectionism and relationship issues,

Remote Online Therapy

My client-centred approach prioritises your individual needs and perspectives. I work on a one-to-one basis to support you to feel safe, in an environment where you can feel listened to. Offering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, your process will begin with an Initial Assessment - before moving onto a personalised Treatment Plan.

An initial consultation involves a discussion to assess your needs, lasting up to 30 minutes.
